?

? Grindhouse
Finally! Ditch those bare-bones copies of Planet Terror and Death Proof, because this long-awaited special edition has both movies, all the previews like Werewolf Women of the S.S., and tons of extras. Now, if that fucking Kill Bill special edition would finally come out…

? Beauty and the Beast Diamond Edition
For you Disney nerds. It’s a three-disc edition which comes with a Blu-ray and a DVD versions of the movie; but what confuses me is that apparently you can purchase the same thing in either Blu-ray packaging or DVD packaging. Weird.

? The Exorcist
One of the best horror flicks ever made, on Blu-ray.

? Nightmare on Elm Street
The new one, a.k.a. not one of the best horror flicks ever made.

? Splice
Apparently this is an exceedingly thoughtful sci-fi movie about the nature (and horrors) of parenting. Of course, I haven’t seen it.

? Caprica 1.0
You know, the fact that Syfy keeps dividing its show seasons into “1s” and “1.5s” is really starting to get on my nerves. What the hell is wrong with whole numbers?

? SGU: Stargate Universe Complete First Season
A.k.a. Stargate Universe: Stargate Universe (sigh).

? Doctor Who: Dreamland
A.k.a. that super-old-looking CG Doctor Who cartoon where he goes to Area 51. At least the Doctor is voiced by David Tennant.

? 30 Days of Night: Dark Days
Before you dismiss this as a straight-to-DVD sequel to the original, you should know that it’s based on an actual 30 Days of Night graphic novel by Steve Niles…. and it’s a straight-to-DVD sequel.

? Troll 2
On Blu-ray. And thus, I declare Blu-ray officially ends its relevance as format… today.
