Hangover III Trailer Feels Desperate

I’ll cop to being that one guy in the whole world who liked Part II better than the first one – I think maybe because Vegas doesn’t really feel that dangerous to me; when you go there regularly, it just seems as clean and safe as Disneyland. Bangkok, meanwhile, looked dirty and infected onscreen, with real stakes.
This, on the other hand: let me just say that when Ken Jeong has to loudly insist, within the storyline, that the movie everyone is in is funny…well, let’s also just say it feels like overselling, plus I don’t trust that Ken Jeong knows what funny is.
Oh well, at least Todd Phillips will probably make good use of a Danzig song again.
