Marvel to do Traveling Theme-Park Style Ride & Show

Multiple trade sources are reporting that The Marvel Experience, a touring attraction that will feature costumed characters, original 3D movies and a “4D” motion simulator ride, will debut next year.
It would appear that due to the complicated theme-park contracts that keep Disney-owned Marvel tied to Universal theme parks on the east coast, Disney/Marvel basically said screw it, if we can’t do a ride in the Disney parks, we’ll do one that’s totally separate and mobile so we don’t have to give our competitors any more dollars. Meanwhile, on the west coast, Disneyland will have an as-yet-unspecified attraction where you can meet Thor.
One caveat about the touring show: it comes to you courtesy of the producer of that Spider-Man musical that keeps injuring people. Do you trust a literal thrill-ride made to his standards?
