George Lucas Does Not Approve This Message
I do try to stay away from the politics on this blog, but sometimes, it’s just impossible. Such as when people — oh, say, West Virginia governor Joe Manchin, for example — makes a political campaign ad playing the Imperial March over clips of his opponent John Raese… and implying that Raese might fly a TIE Fighter in his spare time to blow up schools, blue collar workers, and nurses. Happily, neither person’s party is specified — although I imagine you can guess — so let’s not argue the merits/problems of either party, and simply marvel how hard George Lucas is going to fuck Manchin for using Star Wars images without his permission.
