The Greatest Star Wars Videogame Ever, and Why You’ll Never Get to Play It
Arthur Nishimoto is a student at the Electronic Visualization Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He designed this Fleet Commander game as a student project for something called the TacTile touch-screen display; as Kotaku says, since the game is not for retail, he gets to use Star Wars ships and sounds. So basically, Nishimoto has created what looks like the awesomest, most fun, multiplayer Star Wars game ever, and unless you’re a student or faculty member at the University of Illinois at Chicago and have access to the Electronic Visualization Laboratory, you will never, ever, get to play it.
