The New Future of Law Enforcement Looks Like the Old Future of Law Enforcement
I didn’t realize the Robocop reboot was actually underway, but I guess it is, because here’s the first viral video for it. It’s an Omnicorp promo vid showing off their various law enforcement robots, including the ED-209, which looks exactly like the ED-209 from the original film. By no means is this indicative that the movie is going to be a stale rehash of the original, but… well, I was afraid the movie was going to be a stale rehash of the original from the beginning so this isn’t helping. Although contrarily, I desperately want the line “BITCHES, LEAVE” from the first movie to be in the remake, and will be upset if it’s not there. So do I want something new, or do I actually want them to make the same damn film? I don’t know! Paradox! Thanks to everybody who sent this in.
