The Hunger Games: Catching Fire Teaser Poster
So how do folks here feel about The Hunger Games? Having no particular attachment to the source material, I thought it felt like a fun throwback to stuff like Logan’s Run and Rollerball, where everybody assumed that in the future, fashion would be wacky and TV shows would kill people. The emphasis on ability to manipulate the media being a survival skill on a par with archery was a nice touch too.
Anyway, I don’t know how avidly you’d like me to follow developments, but Elizabeth Banks has revealed the first teaser poster, and it totally has that Logan’s Run vibe to it, as well as a callback to fascist architecture…
