But then, the chairs on the Enterprise-D do appear to have been made for smaller people, just to make Jonathan Frakes look bigger. It only becomes really apparent in repetition.
If you’re thinking of cribbing his style, remember that most modern pants are not that flexible. I’d hate for your imitations of Number One to create difficulties in actually going number one.
