One thing I love about McFarlane Toys is that they really do NOT force their employees to be super-reverent towards the boss. It turns out they’re just as amused by the fact that Todd calls the studs on Lego bricks “nipples” as anyone else. In fact, when I suggest that they need a shorter brand name than “McFarlane Building Sets,” one of the responses is “Nipple-O.”
That said, when finished many of these sets look pretty good in person. And I got a look at some of the next series in the works if these ones do well…
