It happened in the ’60s, so he was probably a bit slimmer. And it’s Brian Blessed, so expect his description, like everything else about him, to be larger than life. But apparently a woman in labor recognized him from TV, and naturally asked him to help her give birth, as one does.
Upon which he bit through the umbilical cord with his teeth and licked the blood off the baby’s face.
