There Is Going to Be an FPS Based on a Movie Based on a Board Game
Yes. Battleship, a movie based on a board game with no intrinsic narrative other than ships shooting each other, which has been fat-packed with aliens for some reason, is getting a FPS shooter even though the whole terrible fucking movie apparently takes PLACE ON BOATS ON THE FUCKING OCEAN SO THE GAME IS GOING TO HAVE TO MOVE THE DAMN THING TO SOME GENERIC ISLAND SOMEWHERE. WHICH MEANS THEY’RE MAKING A GAME THAT HAS ALMOST NOTHING TO DO WITH A MOVIE WHICH HAS ALMOST NOTHING TO DO WITH A BOARD GAME.
