Jesse Eisenberg Is Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons Alfred. And There’s Another Villain?

I know Lex can never be a match for Superman physically. I just didn’t know they were going to make it so obvious.
I like Eisenberg, and it’s pretty clear he can play a smart jerk, since he was convincing as the creator of Facebook. I imagine he’ll be okay in the end. I’m just really having a hard time seeing it. And yes, fans, this is what happens when you make the mistake of assuming that every actor you’ve seen be bald recently somehow MUST be up for the role of a bald character. When has that ever happened with Lex, in any iteration? Bryan Cranston was a fantasy.
Jeremy Irons as Alfred…nothing to say there, except that he is the most physically appropriate actor for that role to date.
Forbes is reporting that Lex is a secondary villain, with a more physically threatening one yet to be revealed. Presumably that’s the role Jason Momoa was in talks for. It’s Toyman, right?
